Ivy Mountain Injection Site-Complete

The Ivy Mountain project involved getting approval from TCEQ. The system has monitoring equipment for Chlorine levels before and after injection. The system can be programed to run in automatic or manual. This allows Kempner to actually hold a certain residual entering the distribution system at any level we want to see. It will use more chlorine in the summer months when chlorine dissipates quicker and less chlorine in the winter when colder water holds a residual longer.
