Kempner Water Supply Corporation is committed to finding ways to reduce costs while continuing to provide reliable service to our customers. One area we’re focusing on is reducing monthly postage expenses.
Currently, billing statements are sent by mail on postcards. However, we also offer a convenient paperless billing option via email.
Going paperless not only helps the environment but also saves time and money. If you’d like to switch to paperless billing, simply email us with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your service address
- A valid email address
- A statement requesting to go “paperless”

Once enrolled, you will no longer receive mailed postcard bills unless you request to receive both email and mail copies.
If you prefer to continue receiving your bill by mail, no action is required.
