Temporary Conditions Established for New Connections

Date: 3/10/23

Except for good cause, Kempner will be providing connections for existing water meter boxes and previously approved water meter boxes in subdivisions only. Kempner will not at this time be providing any other new connections until our construction is completed at our water plant to provide capacity to our system. Timeline for this is 3-6 months depending on availability of construction materials and completion. We will still be taking preliminary applications and they will be done in the order received once construction is complete.”
