With the recent rain we had hope that the lake levels would rise but we have not seen any real change in the levels at Stillhouse.  We are still under Stage 4 Water Restrictions.  Many members have asked when the restrictions will change, and the answer remains the same.  The lake levels must rise and the construction at the plant must be completed.  Construction at the plant should be completed by the end of October and we will hopefully get some good autumn rain.  Until then, we thank you all for conserving this valuable resource.
